Fans of winter sports are looking forward to the snow to start the new season of snow races. However, this year, due to the pandemic, the rest of some famous resorts can be forgotten, as countries have refused to receive tourists during the winter holidays. But do not be upset, because a great alternative would be the ski resorts "Dragobrat" and "Bukovel". So, let's find out together how much will a winter vacation in the Carpathians cost in 2020/2021?

The most popular ski resorts in Ukraine are "Dragobrat" in the Transcarpathian region and "Bukovel" - in Ivano-Frankivsk. There are many different ways to get to them. However, we offer to use the services of bus route transportation.
From Uzhhorod to Ivano-Frankivsk there are daily interregional bus flights with the possibility of disembarkation in Yasinya (near "Dragobrat"). Departure at 14:35 and 20:20. The estimated cost of the ticket is from UAH 328.90. Detailed information can be obtained by calling our call center: 0673707096 (Viber) and 0503707099. We will be happy to help you get answers to all questions regarding travel, bus tickets, etc.
Since prices in the season tend to increase, we advise you to choose housing not directly on the camp site but nearby. This option will be much cheaper and for a period of seven days will cost about 5500 UAH. Given the cost of food and equipment rental, housing savings make sense.

Of course, "Dragobrat" is a slightly cheaper option for a winter vacation in the mountains compared to "Bukovel". During the season, or rather from December 28 to January 11, accommodation in one of the hotels of the ski complex "Dragobrat" will cost approximately 750 UAH (double room). Rent a cottage will cost 950 UAH per person. The cost of ski passes for tourists who do not live in the camp is slightly different. One lift will cost UAH 30 (for children under 14) and UAH 50 (for adults), a subscription for 50 lifts will cost UAH 650 (for children) and UAH 1,300 (for adults). For residents of the camp, one lift will cost 25 UAH (for children) and 40 UAH (for adults), a season ticket for 50 lifts - 550 UAH (for children) and 1100 UAH (for adults). Equipment rental for adults is UAH 150-200 per day, and for children - UAH 100. https://www.drago-brat.com/ceny/

Bukovel is the largest ski resort in Ukraine and, frankly, the most expensive. If you are interested in the tour, its estimated cost for a period of five days will be 4-5 thousand UAH. The cost of living in double rooms will reach 18-19 thousand UAH for two. There is an option to rent a cottage in the case of a large company. During the season, ie from December 17 to January 1 and from January 7 to March 17, the prices of ski passes differ from the usual ones. Thus, a season ticket for two consecutive days will cost UAH 1,641, and a prepayment for 10 days of your choice will cost UAH 6,749. VIP-pass will cost 3281 UAH - for two days and 13 498 UAH - for 10 days. Renting a snowboard or skis for seven days will cost UAH 1,794. https://bukovel24.com/uk/skipass?_ga=2.258179405.694796334.1605484199-2105509192.1605484199

So, choose the best deals for yourself, follow the quarantine rules and enjoy your vacation even during a pandemic.
