Are the next ideas put forward by the Ukrainian authorities this year? There is already a project of a new toll road Kiev - Bila Tserkva. Even the estimate was calculated, but it is a pity - there are no investors yet. Still, even investing in Indian films such as Vivegam 2017 is a more profitable business than Ukrainian “toll” roads with our poor population unable to pay for travel.
Why does Ukraine need such a route?
The idea of ​​creating a new road may have led to constant traffic jams, in particular, the so-called "Occupation Day of Kiev" - every Sunday and Monday - to the capital by the White Church is very difficult to get into, because, in addition to the usual trucks and transit transport, they try to get to Kiev and all summer residents. Thus, the adviser to the chairman of the State Agency for Highways of Ukraine Alexander Kava finally came to one thought: "It is no longer possible to widen this road (E95 - ed.), The road is essentially operated at the limit of its capacity." Hmm, maybe the poor power-holders are also forced to stand in their Lexuses and Mercedes in the same traffic jams at the entrance to Kiev? ..
Not surprisingly, they decided to lay the new road only to the White Church (right to bypass all villagers) and make it payable (to make as few villagers as possible on this new road). Of course, the state has no money for such a project, so they try to push it to an investor.
Ukraine puts out a price tag for km. new route
Alexander Kava also stated that the maximum speed on the new road would be limited to 130 or 140 km / h, that is, roughly speaking, it would be possible to reach Bila Tserkva in about half an hour. Nevertheless, this road will be very far to German highways, because approximately the same speed is reached by cars on the route to Boryspil. And given the “violent” mentality of most Ukrainians, they still reach 140 km / h on the current highway, so Kava did not surprise anyone with its news. However, the payment promises not to be too scary. It is estimated that the sum of 9 euro cents per km. it will be enough. Accordingly, the road from Kiev to Bila Tserkva will cost only 4.5 euros.
The distance of the new road will be about 50 km, but Ukraine will have to spend about $ 300 million on them. It should be noted that an investor who invests money in a new route will not permanently reserve the right to pay - this right will expire in 25 years. After that, the road will become state property and will already be free of charge, although it is likely that certain restrictions may and will leave. But it still takes 25 years.

The length of the new road will be small - only 50 km.

There is another problem. Yes, auto expert Vladislav Antonov suspects that with the advent of the new route the Kiev-Odessa road, which is so poorly maintained, will cease to be repaired.
How is such a system implemented in European countries? In fact, the toll road for many Europeans is no longer news. For example, in France and Italy, fees are charged for certain segments (to some extent similar to the Kiev-White Church section of the Kiev-Odessa highway). In Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Austria, the toll road in general is reminiscent of our subway journey, as it is necessary to buy a subscription. And it is not like our subway - to cross countries from north to south, you have to pay 85 euros, but on the other hand anyone can realize the Ukrainian pink dream - to go at all without speed limits!
However, it is still too early to speak about this, because at best such a road will appear in a few years' time, and one of the most ridiculous bodies of our country - the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine - has to give good.
