The approach of the main family holiday - Christmas, allows everyone to feel like a child again, to believe in a winter fairy tale and fulfill the dreams of loved ones. Joy and laughter reign everywhere, wonderful Christmas markets and theatrical performances take place in the cities. But will Christmas be the same this time? Due to quarantine restrictions, there will probably be no celebrations that are normal for everyone. And the question arises, what awaits us? Will it be possible to visit European countries during the Christmas period and walk the streets lined with all kinds of garlands, taste festive street delicacies, etc.?

That is, as we see for the usual Christmas for all should not be expected. Christmas fairs will not open, as it became known, in Sweden, France, Italy (curfew and closed bars and restaurants), Germany (the last time the Nuremberg Fair was not opened only during World War II). In the Baltic States, the situation is not so critical, there are no official cancellations, but there are strict quarantine rules. There is no strict lockdown in Finland yet, but in this case there is a problem with the connection, which has been reduced to a minimum.
So, since the conditions are almost everywhere quite harsh, and the situation with the pandemic is still not fully understood, let's be patient. Christmas is a family holiday, so it is better to dedicate this period to the family and relax with loved ones. We hope that the situation will improve in the near future and we will all return to the usual rhythm of life.
